The Resort works just like a hotel. Check-in is anytime on the day of arrival and check-out is before 1 pm on the day of departure. Late check outs may be arranged in advance. Monday to Friday – 6:30am to 8:00pm Saturday – 8:00am to 5:00pm Sunday – 10:00am to 4:00pm WE ARE CLOSED ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS
Please bring the amount of food your pet will require while staying at the resort. We want you pet to maintain their normal diet to prevent upset digestive systems. Favorite play toys and blankets are encouraged.

At The Paw Spa Pet Resort the security and care of your pet is the cornerstone of our business. For your protection, only the owner or the person listed as the authorized pick up person will be able to pick up your pet.
The owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding, grooming, daycare and any other requested services in effect on the date your pet is picked at The Paw Spa Pet Resort.
