The Resort works just like a hotel. Check-in is anytime on the day of arrival and check-out is before 1 pm on the day of departure. Late check outs may be arranged in advance.

Monday to Friday – 6:30am to 8:00pm
Saturday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday – 10:00am to 4:00pm

WE ARE CLOSED ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS

Please bring the amount of food your pet will require while staying at the resort. We want you pet to maintain their normal diet to prevent upset digestive systems. Favorite play toys and blankets are encouraged.

Will my small dog play with the big dogs?2012-11-27T14:44:05-06:00

No. Our guests are assigned their suites according to size which facilitates potty breaks and playtimes by going to the play area or relief areas with friends their size.

Do you accept aggressive animals?2019-01-09T22:44:27-06:00

The guests at The Paw Spa Pet Resort will enjoy interaction with staff and other pets as part of the Resort experience. As a result, The Paw Spa Pet Resort will not accept animals that are aggressive or have shown any signs of being aggressive in the past. By completing a reservation request, you are accepting this policy. For the safety of all, please do not place a reservation with us if you know your pet to be at all aggressive. If your dog ever bitten another dog or person or displayed any form of aggression, we regret we will not be able to care for your pet. The Owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of the pet while it is in the care of The Paw Spa Pet Resort.

What are the vaccination requirements?2022-08-24T12:02:12-05:00

Please bring a copy of your pet’s vaccination records with you or have your veterinarian fax us a copy prior to your arrival to avoid any delays during check in. Animals that have not been vaccinated at least 72 hours prior to arrival will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The minimum requirements are as follows:

Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella and Lepto

Does my pet need flea, tick & worm control?2012-11-27T14:42:55-06:00

Please be sure that your pets are current for flea and heartworm medications prior to arriving for a lodging reservation. In addition to the required vaccinations, these safeguards will help us to keep The Paw Spa Pet Resort free of these pesky creatures. You will be asked to sign a form indicating your pet is current upon arrival. Thank you for helping us keep our facility “critter free.”

We are pleased to administer any medications your pet may be required to take. Please provide the name and dosage of the medications you bring. There is no charge for this service.

Can anyone pick up my pet?2019-01-09T22:44:27-06:00

At The Paw Spa Pet Resort the security and care of your pet is the cornerstone of our business. For your protection, only the owner or the person listed as the authorized pick up person will be able to pick up your pet.

What is your payment policy?2023-08-01T10:29:37-05:00

The owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding, grooming, daycare and any other requested services in effect on the date your pet is picked at The Paw Spa Pet Resort. We accept cash, checks, and all major debit and credit cards (4% convenience fee on all debit/credit payments). Non payment is not an option. All checkouts after the 1 pm checkout time are subject to a half-day daycare charge (until closing).
